But trust failures are more often failures of design: misaligned incentives, opaque processes, and structures that make cooperation harder than it should.

Every engagement follows a holistic process with a four-phase methodology that brings structure to challenges most people treat as immovable.

1. MAP - We identify where trust exists, where it's absent, and where it's actively broken. We surface the fault lines before proposing any solutions. 

2. DIAGNOSE - We distinguish symptoms from root causes. Low engagement is a symptom. Transparency failures, unrepaired betrayals, and structural unfairness are the conditions underneath.

3. DESIGN - We create testable interventions with defined success criteria, not vague action plans. Every recommendation comes with a measurement framework. 

4. MEASURE - We implement with rigor, track outcomes, and iterate based on evidence. Trust infrastructure isn't a one-time project; it's an ongoing discipline.
