Trusted Arc Labs Terms of Service

The website located at trustedarclabs.com and related digital services—including our blog, podcast archive, online courses, downloadable toolkits, and community offerings (collectively, the “Services”)—are operated by Trusted Arc Productions, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Trusted Arc Labs,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of our Services and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Trusted Arc Labs.
 

By accessing or using the Services, you affirm that (a) you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms; (b) you are at least 18 years of age; and (c) if you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trusted Arc Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Services. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $150 if no payment was made during that period.
